“Hero image Mad Maxine by Paul Sutton”

If you didn't know it already "I Rock" it's official!

.......Well okay, only according to several people from SmithMicro (The US Mobile Software, Mobile Connectivity, Media Management and Graphics Products Company) , and the makers of the brilliant 3D/CGI Software "Poser Pro".

I've been using their "Poser Pro '07" software for just a little under a year, producing CGI Art on my iMac computer, and posting it on CGI art based gallery websites. Now I've been given the prestigious honour of having my CGI ART image "Mad Maxine" used on the packaging for the soon-to-be-released software Poser Pro 2010!

The image will live on the:

1) Poser Pro 2010 splash screen displayed when first starting up application

2) Poser Pro 2010 “about” dialog panel inside the application

3) Cover of box

4) DVD labels

5) Quick start guide inside package

6) Manual cover

7) Various promotional materials online and in print featuring the product

In every instance of the image, they will list the credit as “Mad Maxine by Paul Sutton”, in the Poser Pro 2010 Manual, and the Splash and About screens the credit will read “Hero image Mad Maxine by Paul Sutton”.

My original image concepts was produced in traditional coloured pencil in 2007. You can read the warm-up story on their website here:

I'm so chuffed and excited at having my image chosen, from the thousands of images that must have been produced around the world. It is such a great honour to have my work recognised in this way, and on such a high profile platform.

I'd like to thank my Dad, Cat (Charlie Jack), Judith, Caroline, Tim, John, my collage art teachers Racheal & Ian for believing in me, and everybody at the Renderosity Gallery, and do you have any chocolate you don't want?
